What does it mean to be "Certified Organic"?
The cosmetics industry is not sufficiently regulated. This means that companies can market their products as “organic,” “clean,” or “natural” without those claims necessarily being true.
Certified organic skincare is different. It involves an independent certification body reviewing and evaluating the entire production process to ensure it meets strict standards for origin, purity, and manufacturing. Every step - from the harvesting of herbs to formulation, production, and packaging - must be thoroughly assessed and approved.
This process gives you confidence that the product is genuinely organic and meets the highest standards of quality, purity, sustainability, and integrity. You don’t have to question it.
Why Choose Certified Organic?
Free from harmful toxins: Choosing certified organic skincare ensures that products are free from toxins, pesticides, synthetic preservatives, fragrances, and colorants that may cause skin irritation or disrupt the body’s natural balance.
More potent ingredients: Certified organic ingredients can contain up to 60% higher levels of antioxidants and vitamins, helping to nourish the skin more effectively.*
Sustainability and environmental care: Organic certification means less environmental impact and fewer harmful substances on your skin. Organic farming keeps pollutants out of soil and waterways, supporting a healthier ecosystem.
Suitable for sensitive skin: Because certified organic skincare is free from harsh, irritating additives, it is generally gentler and better suited for sensitive skin.
