Order Processing

Villimey slf. processes orders once payment has been received. Orders are processed on business days between 10:00–15:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time, or on Icelandic public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Domestic shipments within Iceland generally take 2–7 business days. Choose between two shipping providers: Íslandspóst or Dropp.
International orders are shipped via DHL or Íslandspóst and generally take 4–14 business days.

Please note that VILLIMEY has no control over delivery dates or times once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider. The terms of Dropp and Íslandspóst apply from that point onward.

Delivery Destinations

We ship worldwide! In certain cases we may be unable to deliver to specific countries, for example if our shipping provider suspends service to that destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are charged at checkout and are based on the current price lists of Íslandspóst and Dropp.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. VILLIMEY accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or related inspections in the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unused and has an unbroken seal
The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
The original invoice or receipt is included

We assess the resale condition of returned items and reserve the right to refuse a return or offer a partial refund if the above conditions are not met. Refunds apply to the product price only — shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please send a request to [email protected]. Items should be returned to: Villimey slf., Leiruvegi 2, 162 Reykjavík, Iceland. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Gift cards are valid for 4 years from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and invoice/receipt. Failure to notify us may result in loss of eligibility for a refund.

You may choose between:

A full refund for the defective item, including shipping costs, or
A free replacement of the same item
